Claims of Loss or Damage
Boxes/crates that are damaged during shipment must be signed for as damaged upon receipt in order for us to process a claim.
- Note any damage to the carton(s) on all copies of the shipping receipt.
- Inspect the contents immediately for any damage.
- Notify us within three business days of receiving damaged merchandise.
- Retain all packing materials and product. The shipper will require evidence of the damage in order to pay any claim.
- Do not return any damaged merchandise to us without prior authorization.
