Claims of Loss or Damage
Boxes/crates that are damaged during shipment must be
signed for as damaged upon receipt
in order for us to process a claim.
Note any damage to the carton(s) on all copies of the shipping receipt.
Inspect the contents immediately for any damage.
within three business days
of receiving damaged merchandise.
Retain all packing materials and product. The shipper will require evidence of the damage in order to pay any claim.
Do not return any damaged merchandise to us without prior authorization.
